If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us w/in 10 days of the original shipment date. As long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them, tags and all, we will gladly issue a refund. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Only items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 10 days can be exchanged at full value for another item, if not, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please be sure to include a detailed message in the returned box outlining your reason for the return/exchange. All returns must have prior authorization. Authorization can be obtained via email or phone.
